I’ve been training with Husan at Vo2 Max for about 3.5 months, and I have nothing but good things to say! My sessions are 60 minutes long and Husan has the knowledge to make it the most effective hour to get me closer and closer to my goals. With his help I am making progress going to the gym 2 days a week, much faster than I ever have going 6-7 days a week without a coach for the last few years. Husan’s knowledge about the human body and how to help it best perform is also incredibly impressive. He gives excellent direction and created a progressive workout plan that was tailored to my home gym.
